Pre-purchase Inspections

We conduct thorough pre-purchase inspections, complete with comprehensive diagnostic reports and detailed error codes. Avoid the risk of buying a floating lemon!


  • Inspect the hull for damages or signs of repairs
  • Examine the deck for soft spots
  • Assess the condition of the propeller (when out of the water)
  • Measure engine compression
  • Perform a visual inspection of the engine and its components
  • Conduct computer diagnostics (if fuel-injected)
  • Collect a fuel sample for evaluation
  • Assess the condition and levels of the oil
  • Inspect the steering system
  • Ensure all electronics are functioning properly
  • Check the condition of the wiring
  • Test the live well pump, bilge pumps, and bait wells
  • Look for any hard shifting in the gears
  • Conduct battery testing
  • Run the engine on a flush or in the water to monitor for overheating
  • Verify the proper operation of the trim and tilt system.
